At EMA Consulting, we believe that both management of employee relations and effective leadership are key to minimising workplace issues and fostering resilient, high-performing organisations. With over 25 years of experience, we've seen a clear pattern: organisations with strong leadership and commitment to manage issues, have fewer employee relations problems, regardless of industry or workforce complexity.

 

Our mission is to positively impact organisational outcomes by blending the hard edge of employee relations with a deep understanding of leadership and culture. We offer comprehensive services in Employee Relations, Accountable Leadership, and Workplace Investigations, supported by innovative software solutions, training, and practical resources. Our approach is rooted in real-world experience, not just theory, ensuring that our clients receive the tools and guidance they need to lead effectively and create positive, lasting change in their workplaces.

A brief History of MyEMS

In 2004, EMA Consulting pioneered the first end-to-end employee relations case management system in Australia. Fast forward two decades, our employee management system, MyEms remains the sole Australian system of its kind, with approximately 4500 managers/leaders/human resource professionals daily utilising our platform to address workplace behaviour and performance issues. 

Our data-driven analytics are revealing a shift towards early intervention strategies within organisations to mitigate psychosocial hazards and cultivate environments of inclusion and psychological safety.
