A brief History of MyEMS
In 2004, EMA Consulting pioneered the first end-to-end employee relations case management system in Australia. Fast forward two decades, our employee management system, MyEms remains the sole Australian system of its kind, with approximately 4500 managers/leaders/human resource professionals daily utilising our platform to address workplace behaviour and performance issues.
Our data-driven analytics are revealing a shift towards early intervention strategies within organisations to mitigate psychosocial hazards and cultivate environments of inclusion and psychological safety.
